"Board Secretary" 

Shannon Kelleher grew up in central Ohio, becoming the owner/operator in 1991 of a family restaurant. She has lived in Ohio, Arkansas, and Michigan.

Shannon advocates for children in foster care as a supervisor for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) since 2017. She works directly with The Department of Human Services and Dependent Neglect District Court Judges of Sebastian County. Including children in foster care social workers, mental health providers and foster families.

Shannon was a stay at home mom, private caterer, cooking class instructor and a "professional volunteer" until 2017. She is very compassionate about the best interest of children as they maneuver through their unpredictable situations while they are in the custody of the state of Arkansas.

Her husband John is in the steel industry, they have two adult children. Mary lives in Oxford Mississippi and Patrick is an engineering student at UA in Fayetteville.

Shannon is involved in the Morning Exchange Club of Fort Smith which represents Patriotism, Veterans and Chile Abuse Awareness.
