Marty is President of Brown-Hiller-Clark & Associates dba BHC Insurance, a multi-lines insurance agency headquartered in Fort Smith, AR. The agency specializes in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance, as well as Life & Health Insurance and is the 4th largest insurance agency in Arkansas.
He was a 1991 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Finance and Insurance. He joined BHC in 1993 after previously working in the risk management department for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He has a wife, Gina, and two sons, Paxton (age 21) and Hudson (age 18).
In 2006, he was selected as a recipient of the prestigious “40 Under 40” award presented by Arkansas Business. This award honors young business leaders under the age of 40, who have achieved success in their chosen fields.
Marty is active in the community and serves currently on the Board of Directors for First Bank Corporation, First National Bank of Fort Smith, the Fort Smith Boys Shelter, and the Board of Directors of Brown-Hiller-Clark & Associates of Oklahoma. Additionally, he is a past board member of the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, past president of the board of the Montessori School of Fort Smith, past president of Bost, Inc., past president of the Children’s Emergency Shelter and a past board member of the U of A Walton School of Business alumni board. Additionally, he has served on regional and national agent panels for CNA Insurance, State Auto Insurance, and Cincinnati Insurance.
