Compliance Director

Jessica graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in criminal justice while working full-time for the State of Arkansas. She spent 18 years working in law enforcement at the state and federal levels. Returning to Arkansas, Jessica worked for DHS as a family care worker. Jessica then worked as an addiction counselor where she earned certification as a drug and alcohol counselor. Jessica spent seven years at Valley Behavioral Health in discharge planning and case management. Jessica then heard the calling to come to The Fort Smith Boy's Home and has been happily serving since August of 2022. Jessica enjoys spending time with her fur baby Sadie, 70's and 80's music, reading about all kinds of things, and watching British and Nordic mysteries.
