Graduated from Northside High School and Arkansas Tech University. Worked 14 years for Wal-Mart INC as an analyst and supervisor. Spent the next 18 years in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse fields, and a year with The Department of Human Services which ultimately led to becoming the Executive Director in 2015.
